Charming two-room flat for rent in the heart of the medieval town of Montalcino for short or long periods (Siena area, Tuscany, Italy)
The small appartament is located in the very heart of Montalcino, a medieval hilltop town surrounded by vineyards and wonderful landscape.
The flat is suitable for 2 person, it is situated inside a XV century stone house and has been recently restored and furnished.

The house rises in one of the most striking panoramic district in town near the Duomo. The area is closed to traffic and very quite.
this is a right place to stay in as starting point for daily excursions discovering the beauties of the surrounding areas such as the Valdorcia, Siena, and the Crete Senesi. These areas offer plenty of outdoors activities, great food, renowned wineries, beautiful historical towns and hamlets, thermal spa, great nature to explore by walking, riding or biking.
Inside the flat you will find:
- A double bedroom with a dresser and a wardrobe
- A bathroom with shower
- A living room with fornitures, tv color, dvd, all the kitchen utensils, a confortable sofa bed (suitable for another 2 perosn if required)
- A kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, electric cooker
- All the house linen
Near the house there is our private garden with barbecue.
